Fairy Forest Tea Party Murder Mystery Introduction To The Theme
The entire forest gathered once a year for a beautiful tea party. At the center of it all was a group of fairies, all of whom had magical powers that they used to make the forest a better place. They worked together to create a party that went all through the night, and it never disappointed.
The fairies gathered in the center of the forest in a giant clearing. They bonded over tea and snacks, and then they began to dance. As the moon rays illuminated the scene, the fairies found true serenity. That all ended when Jasmine Jones was found inside the tree house in the giant oak near the clearing.
Jasmine Jones was one of the most powerful fairies in the forest’s history. She was known among everyone as the unofficial leader, and she was the one who brought everyone together. Jasmine was loved amongst the fairies… at least that is what it seemed like. However, the forest was filled with secrets, and many of them revolved around Jasmine.
Found next to Jasmine’s body was a shattered tea cup, a jar of butterfly wings, a pearl, and a blue scarf. She had been poisoned-- a blueberry scone that she ate was found to have magical poison inside. There was only one such scone, and it had been hand-delivered to her with a note telling her to go to the tree house at midnight. She trusted in the goodness of the other fairies, and it was there that she met her demise.
It is up to you, the remaining fairies, to figure out who killed Jasmine Jones and restore order to the forest. Murder goes against everything that is right, and it is important that the killer is brought to justice. It could be any one of you and remember… even the killer themself does not know that they did it. Figure out what motive, means, and opportunity led to Jasmine Jones’s death. Good luck!

Celeste is a fairy whose powers come from stars in space. Celeste has a collection of star dust that she uses for magical spells of all kinds. She can create almost anything from this star dust, and it is extremely powerful. Celeste uses it sparingly, as it requires a lot of energy to accomplish these spells. Many people come to Celeste and ask her to make their dreams come true, but Celeste has to turn most of them away. She is known for being mysterious, and she prefers to stay that way.
Ivy is a fairy whose powers are connected to plants. She can make any plant grow, and she lives in a gigantic sunflower. Ivy loves beauty, and she dreams of making the forest a more beautiful place. She creates flowers everywhere she goes, and she was in charge of decorating for the tea party. She did a wonderful job, and all of the other fairies were full of compliments for Ivy. Ivy is known for being the life of any party, and she was excited to gather with her friends at the tea party.
Aurora is a fairy who can harness the power of rainbows. Her magic is very strong, and she is not even fully sure what she is capable of. She learns new things about her powers every day, and it can cause her to be unpredictable. Luckily, Aurora is smart and she knows when to stop before she goes overboard. Aurora is respected amongst the fairies, and some of them even fear her. She likes being on top, and she has found ways to stay there.
Fern had magical powers related to plants, but she has not quite figured out how to utilize them yet. She is young and eager to learn, and she has a great relationship with most of the other fairies. She is a very happy person, and she makes the most out of every single day. Fern is known for being highly optimistic, and the other fairies often come to her when they need advice or help. She likes being helpful, and it truly makes her feel good.
Breena is a fairy who has not discovered her powers yet. She feels left out from the rest of the fairies, as she is not sure what her place in the forest is. However, people are kind to her and she appreciated their support. Brenna spends most of her free time in the woods alone, and it is where she feels most comfortable. The tea party made her slightly nervous, but she was also excited to spend time with her friends.
Briar is a fairy who can talk to animals. Briar is friends with most of the animals in the forest, and she loves spending time with them. Briar is extremely social, and she goes to every party and event thrown in the forest. She loves telling stories, and she does a weekly storytime that attracts many animals and magical creatures. Briar is very creative, and she makes art in her free time. She lives in a beautiful painted mushroom, and her home is always filled with happiness.
